 When Speak opens and says "Hello, please type something" it says it at a
 reasonable speed and can be easily understood.

 When switching to Robot mode, it speaks a lot faster and can be hard to
 understand. Also reported here:

 It would be better to have the default rate turned down a bit.

 Tested with Speak-25.
