 If a user clicks Register from the Home View when a School Server is not
 available, they get a "Registration Failed" message. This is not friendly,
 and can lead the user to believe that there is something wrong with the
 XO. We need a message that is more descriptive and friendly. For example:

 > No School Server found on the network. Please ensure that you are
 connected to the correct network and that the server is available.
