Comment:

 This isn't a bug in 0.92.1 its a problem with the patch provided in SL bug
 2483. I applied the patch to see if it fixed the the problem in that bug
 but it causes the dupe avatars so the patch has since been dropped so this
 isn't a bug.

 We can't really go around changing all jabber servers, in some cases this
 might not even be possible.
