 RafaelOrtiz was kind enough to already create the component. Here are the
 instructions:

 You can link to [https://bugs.sugarlabs.org/newticket?component=Mateton]
 to let users file bugs without having to select Mateton from the component
 list. You can pre-fill other fields as well, see the
 [TracTickets#PresetValuesforNewTickets Trac tickets documentation].

 To list all open tickets of Mateton you can use
