 Investigation results and some fixes on
 http://bugs.sugarlabs.org/ticket/2355#comment:18

 Eventually, in homogeneous environment (with only 0.88 sugar and sugar
 from mentioned in #2355 patches), it behaves smoothly (but it wasn't
 tested on hight traffic).
