Comment:

 Wikipedia is working in F14 image with sugar 0.92. I have tested Wikipedia
 in XO-1.5 and XO-1, english and spanish versions.

 You can't mix sugar versions and fedora versions because will not work. In
 this case the problem is with the browse. Wikipedia use the Browse
 activity and reading the logs I suspect your Browse activity is not
 working.

 Use os872 or the next 11.2 version.
