 We're having the same problem here. Please see
 https://dev.laptop.org.au/issues/281

 To reproduce:

    1. boot into SoaS 4
    2. load the Journal
    3. plug in a USB storage device and wait for it to be mounted
    4. move to the USB storage view
    5. drag a file from the USB storage to the datastore
    6. F1, F2, or F3 to change views

 What happens: nothing

 What's expected: the views should change as you press the function keys.
