 I can't seem to upload the StopWatch.pot file into the Honey project
 Templates.  Doing this will allow each language to update from templates
 and pick up the PO file for stopwatch.  I did this successfully with all
 of the other recent Honey additions, I'm not sure what the issue is with
 StopWatch.
