 Tony Forster observed that Browse doesn't save .ta (Turtle Art) project
 files to the Journal. Rather, it opens them as text in the browser. It
 would be better if they were saved to the Journal as mimetype
 application/x-turtle-art from whence they could be opened by Turtle Art.
