 > In Spanish locale, Speak-21 does not have translated strings for some
 toolbar icons. As a result, it tries to speak English strings with a
 Spanish text to speech engine!

 What were these icons and what is your {{{locale}}} output.
 I just checked v21 in my env and recent dx-2 on XO-1 and all icons are
 properly translated to es_ES.utf8.

 > Also, hovering over the icons, reveals that the text in their respective
 palettes is in English!
