 In #2461, Tony Forster suggested we add blocks to copy to and paste from
 the clipboard. This would enhance the ability to use datasets with Turtle
 Art. I think I will begin by adding Python sample code to provide this
 functionality. If there is positive feedback from teachers, it may be
 worth adding new blocks to the Extras palette.
