 There is still a little more work to do, but I'm taking care of it.  The
 POT has been loaded into the Templates project in Pootle (in project
 Honey), each language needs to be refreshed from templates before it will
 be available, this is something language admins can do, but sometimes
 don't remember to do.  I'm doing a complete review of all Templates (and
 language refreshes), so it will get taken care of shortly.
