Comment:

 It is not clear to me if the preferred language code should be ber_ma
 (that is more of a locale code) or the ISO 639-3: tzm  with the Language
 name "Tamazight".
 Additional information about the plural forms (number of plurals and the
 plural equation) will be needed to address this request.
