 When Sugar starts, if the user go to the neighbor view, and show the
 frame, will see a pulsing icon. If the user click in another icon in the
 view before the connection establishes, the icon in the frame will change
 to a gray pulsing icon. The subsequent tries to connect the icon will be
 well colored.
