Comment:

 Components for Finance (owner godiard) and Implode (owner RafaelOrtiz)
 have been added in the meantime by somebody else. I've set their
 description.

 You can link to [https://bugs.sugarlabs.org/newticket?component=Finance]
 to let users file bugs without having to select Finance from the component
 list. You can pre-fill other fields as well, see the
 [TracTickets#PresetValuesforNewTickets Trac tickets documentation]. To
 list all open tickets of Finance you can use
 [https://bugs.sugarlabs.org/query?status=accepted&status=assigned&status=new&status=reopened&component=Finance].
