 New domain was registered for sugar documentation:

     doc.sugarlabs.org

 it should be more useful instead of api.sl.o since "doc" is more general
 and might be used not only for glucose api.

 Please replace "API" with "Doc" and SL bar. Also it uses
 http://chat.sugarlabs.org:9090/ for Char, but more useful
 http://chat.sugarlabs.org/ is more useful (to not depend on particular
 port).
