 When you start tamtammini the title is focused. When you then start
 playing using the keyboard this will be written to the title. I have seen
 kids using this as feedback what notes they were hitting, like: 'qwerty'.

 Maybe there should be some sort of feedback what key the child did hit,
 and the title should maybe not be focused by default.
