 Two strings should be changed.

 toolbox.py:1506
 msgid "ZOOM +"

 toolbox.py:1510
 msgid "ZOOM -"

 These should be standardized to:

 "Zoom In"

 "Zoom Out"

 like every other Activity that has this function to minimize the L10n
 burden.
