Comment(by satellit):

 I see this also in sugar 0.89.6 in f-14 Beta netinstall and DVD installs
 with sugar-desktop

 Clicking on join in F1 Neighborhood, came up as not shared on top bar
 (single dot in circle)

 Also caused crash of sugar-emulator..unfortunately no logs saved
