 Irregular behavior of F1 Neighborhood eg: telepathy-gabble In Sugar-
 desktop
 avitars appear with correct names. then users avitar (central avitar)
 disappears on f1 neighborhood.
 On logout and resart of sugar no avitars appear
 cold shutdown/restart: It works again?
