 Steps to reproduce
 1) open up Browse
 2) call the Object Chooser to choose an image from the Journal
 3) leave the Chooser open and go back to the Home View or change the
 activity with Alt-Tab
 The Bug
 The object chooser appears over the other activities. This shouldn't
 happen
 This bug is similar to #1999
