 On certain platforms we have the issue that dbus-launcher is called before
 certain environment variables are set ($SUGAR_PROFILE). This was not an
 issue on [http://git.sugarlabs.org/projects/sugar-
 toolkit/repos/mainline/blobs/sucrose-0.84/src/sugar/profile.py#line180
 0.84] as we did not use the ($SUGAR_PROFILE) variable.

 So this enhancement is about the shell asking the debug logs from
 telepathy through dbus with
 http://telepathy.freedesktop.org/spec/Debug.html
