 like 0.84 and 0.88 and the one that are close to (0.90) I would not want
 to make that change as we would loose the translation work that has been
 done already (if we do not port that over).

 The fallback shouldn't affect existing translations and would fix this
 issue at least for the plain-broken translations case.
