 Our mailing lists are configured to add a prefix to the subject. Patchwork
 interprets this as a patch tag / project name.
 Maybe for this reason the "sugar" tag / project name is filtered out (see
 e.g. [http://patchwork.sugarlabs.org/patch/252/ patch #252]).
