 Observed in both os852 and Dextrose. Typing more than about 10 words into
 a paragraph will gradually become slower, the paragraph will start
 blinking on each keypress, and Backspace will be slower than a slug in leg
 irons. Uses a ton of memory, as well. Makes Write nigh  unusable on XO-1.
