 There is no such operation defined for ''minimize'' and ''maximize'', but
 on the assumption that the original bug reporter was conflating terms used
 by other window management practices, I've discovered that Alt/Tab causes
 the symptom.

 Reproduced on Colors!-15 on OS852 (10.1.2) on XO-1.5.

 The symptom is that the tab labels are missing after redraw when focus
 returns to the activity.  Sequence is press Alt, press and release Tab,
 see frame, see Colors! refresh with tab labels present, release Alt, see
 Colors! tab labels erased.

 The symptom can also be reproduced by pressing the Frame key once or
 twice.

 Workaround is to click on the tabs, and the tab labels are refreshed.
