 Maybe I am going over the top here but that would be interesting when
 combined with hexidecimal, octal and other base arithmetic. You could then
 make a log16 sliderule with hex notation that would be usable in the same
 way as a log10 rule wrt underflow/overflow and which a Ln one cannot.
 Also poses interesting thought experiments like can you make a binary
 sliderule?
