Comment:

 The patch is against 0.84. If people are happy with the patch I will cook
 one for master.

 * I moved the "Feedback-when-deleting-files-on-a-USB-Stick" to a separate
 patch.
 * I split the big func
 * Added docstrings and removed inline comments
 * do not decode/encode the preview with base64 as expandentry.py is able
 to read it directly
