 What indicator do you mean and why should it blink?
 With "USB/SD" I guess you mean a USB flash drive ("USB stick") resp. SD
 card? (USB is just a bus - there are USB hard disks, USB keyboards, USB
 mice and all other kinds of devices that use this bus and that you could
 want to use - if you write just "USB", it can mean anything).
