Comment:

 I have applied this patch to Dextrose and it does indeed fix the issue
 with 1 part of the hover menu.  However if the user selects 'View Details"
 from the hover menu there is a start button at the top of the screen.
 This also needs to be disabled for this to be considered fixed.
