 Just noticed this:

 This occurs if you do not enter keychain password at 1st pop up login (It
 will repeat a number of times, but password must be entered one time.)
 This password is required when doing restart when changing colors from CP
 or f1 Avitars will not return.

 Will test older Soas versions to see if this always was the problem.

 The  keychain password pop up should not re-occur when the user has
 entered a password,
