 XO-1 os2 (F14) sugar 0.90.3-2

 Was able to reproduce problem on Sugar-0.90 with IRC-8 --
 [[BR]]  Launched IRC activity;  when it had come up. right-clicked on
 'sugar' in bottom line, selcted Close;  right clicked on 'free...' in
 bottom line, selectd Close;  clicked on octagonal stop sign;  on "Name
 this ..." clicked ok.  Got "could not save ..." error notification.
