It is possible to convince Pippy to move its console output window's
scrollbar location indicator beyond the bottom of the screen. I do not
know if this is a problem in Pippy or in another part of Sugar.

 I saw this in F14/SoaS 0.90 with Pippy-38 added and in OLPC 10.1.3 os353
 with Pippy-38.

 Reproduction:
  1. Start Pippy.
  2. Run a text-based activity such as "Pascal" to put some data on the
 screen.
  3. Click on the horizontal line between the code text area and the
console text area. Click and drag it almost all the way up and down the
screen while watching the scroll bar for said area. [[BR]]The rounded
location indicator in the scrollbar periodically will go beyond the end of
the screen, and stay off there if you release the mouse button while it is
gone. One can get it back in a usable position by clicking in the scroll
bar area to paint a new scrollbar icon, or resizing the console area
 again.
