 If Neighborhood View is going to have three Mesh icons on it (as seen on
 XO-1 running os240py with sugar 0.88.0-9), why not "cluster" XO icons
 (that are being seen over that *paticular* channel, but are not themseves
 "clustered" around a shared Activity icon) around the appropriate Mesh
 icon.  [Rather than leaving those XO icons randomly scattered throughout
 Neighborhood View.]
