Comment:

 We're now recommending UNetbootin for Linux distributions other than
 Fedora. The image-write tool is only mentioned for Mac operating systems
 for Mirabelle and I haven't been able to find any other solution to create
 a persistent overlay on the Mac. I'm closing this for now.
