 Bryan,

 Please grant commit to user:pootle on this repo.  This "user" acts as a
 proxy for language admins to commit PO files into the /po/ directory by
 using the "Commit to VCS" feature of Pootle when L10n is complete.

 I'm not 100% sure, but I think the other files in that /po/ directory
 might need to be removed.  See towards bottom of this page "Do not touch
 anything inside your po directory"

 The already translated PO files can be uploaded via the Pootle interface
 when the project is available in Pootle.  Sayamindu needs to make some
 back-end magic happen for it to be linked, at which point he would have
 resolved this ticket.
