 After I draw an image and click the '''center image''' it doesn’t
 move to center of the page.

 When user clicks the center image system should center that
 image.

 1.      Power on OLPC
 2.      Click on the colors icon on home page.
 3.      Click on the paint tab.
 4.      Draw some image.
 5.      Click the center image button.

 Center image button is not working as expected. It doesn’t change the
 place of the image.

 When user clicks the center image, system should center that
 image.
