Comment(by walter):

 I don't think the gconf complaints (or pangorc complaint) are related to
 the Keep Error. We are in the process of phasing out the ASLO
 dependencies, but that is a major intervention. I'll look to see if I can
 find anything obvious that would be causing a 0.82 keep error.
