 Reproduced on Write-63 on os111 on XO-1.5.

 The cut and paste toolbar icons work properly.

 The Ctrl/C, Ctrl/X and Ctrl/V keyboard actions do not work properly.  The
 Ctrl key causes focus to shift to the toolbar.

 The Shift Down-Arrow keyboard actions do not work properly ... the first
 one does, but subsequent actions are ignored; again focus has moved out of
 the text flow.

 Backspace does not erase the selected text.
