 If the WLAN adapter is not connected to an access point, the frame device
 is just a light gray on dark gray circle with an empty primary text (the
 "Create new wireless network" secondary text is shown, though). We should
 make it more clear that this is a WLAN device that isn't currently
 connected to any network.
