 If you drag & drop a large file on a removable device, the journal UI will
 freeze until the copy is finished, with the dragged object still visible
 on top of the window.

 The journal UI should perform this operation asynchronously, or perhaps
 put on a modal progress bar, like when the volume is being scanned. In the
 latter case, to minimize flashing, the progress bar should appear only
 after 1-2 seconds.
