 Tongan terminology project is 74% translated in pootle but cannot put the
 translation on an XO-1.0 or another laptop running Sugar without a
 sugar.po file.  Terminology project gives a download of glossary.po file.

 Please add the appropriate projects to allow Tongan to be added to the XO
 or other laptop running Sugar.
