 This bug has also been reported by the CFS deployment; over half the
 sticks failed midway through spring semester in this manner (it took
 several months for the overlay to fill).

 A solution to this bug is being drafted as a feature,
 http://wiki.sugarlabs.org/go/More_robust_iso, and taken through the soas
 feature process,
 http://wiki.sugarlabs.org/go/Sugar_on_a_Stick_release_process#Feature_process.

 This feature still needs an owner to champion it.
