#1993: RAMDISK block size causes kernel panic
------------------------+---------------------------------------------------
Reporter: nitoy08 | Owner: mchua pbrobinson sdz
Type: defect | Status: new
Priority: Normal | Milestone: Mirabelle
Component: SoaS | Version: SoaS 3 (Mirabelle)
Severity: Minor | Keywords:
Distribution: Fedora | Status_field: Unconfirmed
------------------------+---------------------------------------------------
Changes (by nitoy08):
* version: SoaS 2 (Blueberry) => SoaS 3 (Mirabelle)
Comment:
After a *day* of trying more than half a dozen Live USB creators (mad
props to the people at linuxpendrive.com, that was the only one to work),
I tried booting from soas-3-mirabelle. Got the splash screen, and the
little grey circles got to about 9 O'clock around the X-O symbol in the
middle, when the screen went blank and got the message: "No root device
found, boot failed, sleeping forever". ARGGGH!
