Comment:

 Update - we have successfully moved Tongan translations from Pootle to the
 XO and eager to do the same for Samoan.
 We are going to Samoa on 30 July and we have the translators attention
 this week. Can we escalate this request please?

 We need one of these: http://translate.sugarlabs.org/ton/glucose82/ but
 for Samoan, so actually we need:
 http://translate.sugarlabs.org/sm/glucose82/
