 The current beginner mode uses three dimensions. A simpler, 2-dimensional
 version could be created that might make it easier to learn how to play
 the game. The current beginner mode would become intermediate.

 This enhancement also requires a new button.

 Note that this feature was requested by a teacher in Caacupe.
