 Meetbot functionality could be much improved if we upgraded to a version
 of supybot with the meetbot plugin that does pretty formatting of notes.

 I'm willing to do this work if given access to an Fedora 13 system (or a
 VM I can set up as one) - that's what it's packaged and maintained for. (I
 think F12 may work as well.)
