Comment:

 This fix http://dev.laptop.org/ticket/7830  seems to fix the issue on 0.82

 Option "MigrationHeuristic" "greedy"

 in the Device section of /etc/X11/xorg.conf  seems to fix it though I have
 not tested it thoroughly
