 This patch replaces the naive DBus listeners in sugar.datastore.datastore
 (which listen to DBus signals even if there's no one actually listening to
 the internal signals) with instances of sugar.dispatch.DbusSignal
 (introduced by #1680, needs to be committed first) thereby reducing the
 unnecessary overhead.
