 If the user has selected a favorites layout that no longer exists in

 Sugar (under Trisquel's TOAST, at least) writes the failure to
 '''~/.sugar/default/logs/shell.log''' and then attempts to restart X.

 Instead, it should fallback to a default (Ring''''''''''Layout) layout,
 and warn the user.
